Q: Is the Maple City Mile race open to non members?
A: Yes.  We are promoting health and movement and this event is open to all.

Q: What’s the running day route?
A: The Maple City Mile will begin at Kinsmen Arena and the routes will soon be posted.

Q: What if I start with the 5K clinic and find it easy can I move up to the 10K group and via versa?
A:  Absolutely if you find your group to be less than challenging or too challenging you change you group to suit your goal.

Q: How much are the clinics and besides help getting to my goals what else will i receive?
A:  All clinics are $50.00 and the proceeds go to Heart and Stroke.  You will receive a tech t-shirt, hydration during group runs, pop up mid week training, tips and help and a charity receipt.

Q: Can I run or walk with my dog?
A: Yes.  Dog’s must be on a lead or a leash and should be friendly.

Q: Can i walk or run with a baby stroller?
A: Yes.  Please take every precaution to ensure the safety of your child.
